AGATSU TORONTO REGIONAL KETTLEBELL SPORT AND MACE COMPETITIO

On October 21, 2017, The Toronto Kettlebell Club at Fighting Arts Collective will host the AGATSU TORONTO REGIONAL KETTLEBELL SPORT AND MACE COMPETITION.

Rules for Kettlebell Sport and Mace will be in accordance with the Canadian Kettlebell Sport Federation

Ranking the provided KETAcademy Universal Ranking Tables 2017 (link).

These ranking tables have been prepared for public use by:

Toronto October Kettlebell Sport Competition announced!

923416_418513171578079_30194056_nOn Oct 25th, 2014 the AGATSU TORONTO REGIONAL KETTLEBELL SPORT COMPETITION will be held in Toronto Ontario! Ranking will be awarded under rules followed by the Canadian Kettlebell Sport Federation.

Ranks will only be awarded for traditional weights and events however this year we have added some fun new events designed to challenge and inspire new and seasoned lifters.

COMPETITION CATEGORIES

Traditional Events (10 min) ranks will be awarded for these.

1) Jerk

2) Snatch

3) Long Cycle

4) Biathlon *(Please note that Biathlon counts as two events)

Men: 16KG, 20KG, 24KG, 28KG, 32KG  Women: 12KG, 16KG, 20KG, 24KG, 28KG

***Men can compete with the 12kg and women with the 8kg, in the above events, but no rank will be awarded)

FUN EVENTS (no ranks)

1)Chair Press For Charity 5 min (All proceeds from the event will be donated to Kettlebells For Autism)

2)Men’s 5 min Chair Press (doubles): 12kg, 16kg, 20kg, 24kg
3)Men’s 5 min Double Snatch: 12kg, 16kg, 20kg, 24kg
4)Women’s 5 min Double Jerk Only: 8kg, 12kg, 16 kg
5)Women’s 5 min Chair Press (single or double KB): 8kg, 12kg, 16 kg
6)Women’s 5 min Double Snatch: 8kg, 12kg, 16 kg

Competitors may compete in up to two events. Please note that all competitors are expected to know and fully understand the rules of the competition. A competitor who fails to perform any lift without meeting the necessary performance guidelines outlined under the rules may receive a “no-count.” It is the responsibility of every competitor and coach to properly prepare to perform according to the competition rules.

**When you register please include the event or events that you will participate in. Also include which Kettlebell weight you will lift along with the bodyweight category you will compete in.**

Weight ins for the comp will be held the day of the competition.
